Best Way to Get Chaos Orbs in Path of Exile

Chaos Orbs: who doesn't want them? For Path of Exile players, this is a critical currency Path of Exile item to build their financial or item strength in-game. The promise of reforging a junk, piece of equipment in to something useful is very useful. Players farm and trade these Orbs on a rampant scale. Allow me to teach you how to farm these Orbs now.

The first step in the process is to equip quality or rare gear caliber. You may want to throw in a couple of purity items for the resistance stats as well if that matters to you. No normal equipment should be in play, the reason behind it is rarity boost drop rates greatly. This should significantly increase your chances for success in farming Chaos Orbs.

Once you're done equipping quality, rare or purity items proceed to the Church Dungeon then Fellshire Ruins. Farm blue and rare items in this location, and nothing else. If you're hard-pressed for currency items, then go ahead and loot whites, otherwise, focus on blues and rares only.

Now for skills: the goal is to slaughter mobs in the quickest amount of time, pretty much the same as other MMORPG's. With that being said, use AoE (Area of Effect) or high-damage skills for efficiency. Every now and then rare items should drop. Check the item level for each that you obtain by typing in the chat box.

Be careful not to be overwhelmed with mobs though. Rangers and Witches may have an easier time farming this area compared to Marauders, unless their Defense is rock solid and endure hits.

Once you've completed the run, head back to Town and stash or visit the Trader. I suggest you check each though since the items you obtain would really vary, you may accidentally sell a piece of equipment that's really useful for your class if you're careless. I would strongly suggest that you take a minute or two to sort them out.

Fellshire Ruins is not the only spot where you can farm Chaos Orbs, there are a whole lot more around the map, but Fellshire would be one of the best and quickest. Exploring would be the key in determining which is the best spot for your class and build.
